Today was a big day working on our own business today, which has been really productive and both Karl and I are feeling alot more motivated and purposeful.
We took a break at lunchtime and did a guided relaxation meditation from the Wellness Warrior's Healthtalks - if you havent checked out these Healthtalks I would really encourage you to do so - there is so much positive inspiring video and information over there - Im so addicted!
Anyway, the break at lunch and the meditation was great for keeping our energy levels up and us working 'on purpose'. Click on the image below if you want a 10 minute way to center yourself and reconnect.
Tonight we did something we've been meaning to do for a while now - we took a boxing class. Or should I say, it TOOK US! It was hard, full on, all encompassing and loads of fun! Not sure Im going to be saying the same thing tomorrow, or the next day, when my body processes this new form of exercise but we'll definitely be going back and are loving this group class.
Off to have our berry smoothie now - we've saved this for tonight as a sweet treat. Yum!
